Our Philosophy
We understand the complexities of both people and organizations. Jim holds a PhD in clinical psychology and has worked helping people for decades. Linda has her MBA with a concentration in finance. She has worked in several corporations and institutions helping refine processes and build the bottom line. Over time, both have synergized into a unique method of consulting that enhances both the individual leaders and the whole organization.
The first thing that we do when engaged is to listen carefully. Often the story one tells provides clues about where bottlenecks occur, the ways in which teams are not collaborative, when direction is missing or misunderstood, and other common issues facing organizations. We develop customized approaches to untangle issues and align teams. We use check-ins along the way to assess how things are going and pivot if needed.
We understand the complexities of people and work.
It’s what we do. We would love to work with you.

Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.
